You can recieve a refund. Considering the circumstance we may have you do a exchange first to try to correct the problem.
You can ultimately get a refund if you are not happy with the shoes. If you are going to request a refund, you must do so
the same day you recieve the shoes. Please do not ask us for a refund days after you have recieved your shoes, or we will
not honor this for obvious reasons. You must ship the shoes back immediately, and once the shoes are recieved and confirmed
to still be in brand new condition, you will immediatley be issued a refund. We only issue refunds on defects in shoes. We
do not give refunds for your mistakes, such as you picking the wrong color or wrong size. If we send you the wrong size by
mistake, we will do an exchange for the correct size. Please choose your color, id# and size carefully so you do not put the
wrong size or choose the wrong id# by mistake. Double check your order to make sure you have what you want.
